Join us at the “Dalia Open Jam” on Wednesdays from 6 to 10 pm at Delilah’s Front Porch!
The goal of the Dalia Open Jam is to grow and connect the underground Latino music community.
The open jam will group participants to jam for 10 minutes at a time.
Every hour, we will showcase a mentor band for 10 minutes. They rock out and then stick around to chat and answer questions. Our mentor bands on Wednesday October 2 will be us , , and ft. .

We are…
An indie rock band with a 6 song EP released in 2019. We currently have two members who sing, write songs, and play guitar. And we are working on a full length album with similar sounds and musical complexity as the EP. Now we need a drum and bass player to help us complete the album then play shows.
Our major musical influences…
-Beto’s: Santana, Cafe Tacuba, U2, Shakira, Queen, Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, Pearl Jam, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles.

Is to get into SXSW 2025. So we aim to release the new album, and play shows by August 2024.
Time commitment…
At least one 3-hour session per week, and individual practice time. When needed and possible, we can ramp up to two or three 2-hour sessions per week.
Our vibe is…
Serious about progress, but always in party mode. We aim to grow and have fun as artists committed to emotive expression, and truth.
We are looking for…
A) Cool people… who are honest, genuine, kind, considerate, humane.
B) Collaborators… eager to learn, communicate, problem-solve, lead & follow
C) Artists… who are talented musicians with an unshakable nature to rock n roll 4 eva!
New band members will…
Help us finish our new album, and be encouraged to collaborate on songwriting, music production, live performance, recording, social media content creation, networking, band direction and growth, finding gigs, etc.

Why MariaBloom?

Exciting moments, deep revelations, big laughs, and tears. We went through a roller coaster to realize why, but before I can answer, “Why MariaBloom?” I must provide some context.
When Beto and I formed MariaBloom in October of 2016 to play covers, we quickly switched to writing original music in January of 2017 because we felt we had special ideas to explore, and a unique sound to share. Soon after, Ivan joined, and we had a band.
We had three people with with colorful experiences, a shared motivation to spread good, and a need to have fun and grow. We had music to reflect our perspective and goal, but no band name.
We embarked on a mission to find a band name with no immediate success. After weeks of reflecting on who we were, what our music and lyrics were, and what we wanted it all to be in the future, we started getting close. We got together one evening with the plan to pick a name... not think of ideas, or pick options. TO PICK A NAME! So the pressure was on to pick a name that reflects us and our Music, and that very night it happened.
