Back laundry room is closed until further notice...plumbers will..should..be here Wednesday to repair damage fromfreezing weather.

Good news! Electric rates for 2018 went down to 10 cents a kilowatt hour.
Going forward, laundry rooms will be closed during freezing weather. Please do not move or remove heaters in the laundry rooms. Please keep windows and doors closed during inclement weather. Please do your part by picking up after yourselves. No food products in laundry room trash bins. Thank you.

Laundry rooms please and running. Enjoy! Let us know immediately if you have any issues. The new marines put water in for a bit...agitate a bit.. then finish filling so you can put your detergent in first.

Tomorrow , Thursday, February 11th, both laundry rooms will be closed while new washers are being installed. Please do not start any laundry Thursday, February 11th, as this will delay installation of new machines. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Internet should be fixed today...techs are waiting on a part. We appreciate your patience. Due to weather concerns we are once again cancelling the Barbecue Cookoff. We will let you know when we decide to reschedule.

I am sure all will be happy to know that the garbage issue is resolved. Due to some folks recently moving out and placing wood, furniture, and other items not allowed in the dumpster, the filled up, leaving no room for household refuse. We will be instituting new rules regarding the dumpster. Nothing may go in dumpsters other than household refuse. No tires, furniture, fencing, lumber, mattresses, paint, TVs, computers, monitors, and the like. Regular household refuse is what is placed into your kitchen and bathroom garbage holders. It is residents' responsibility to haul off any garbage that is not household refuse. We apologize for the inconvenience this cause our residents.

New Internet up and being tested by several folks in the park. Will out out notices for internet this coming week, password, etc. So far working very well .

We have internet from Tengo Internet scheduled to install tomorrow. Once installed we will let all know how to log on, etc. Getting closer to reliable internet!!

Our annual BBQ cook off and Pumpkin decorating is scheduled for October 25th. Notices will be delivered this week. We look forward to seeing all of you.

Many have noticed work being done around the park. We are in the process of installing prep work for Tengo Internet. Work should be completed and up and running in less than a month. We will keep you posted as we progress. we will still offer free internet, however if you need more bandwidth..for using Netflix, Skype, online gaming..you can purchase additional bandwidth. We will be giving all information prior to launch.

Due to storm damage to trees and the awesome rains we have had, we have stationed a roll off dumpster by the back gate. We will be doing alot of tree trimming and bsuh pruning over the next couple of weeks. We will be trimming trees from around your homes, so please do not trim your trees, but wait for us to get to you. Please do NOT put anything in the new dumpster. It is for brush ONLY. Use the dumpster stationed at the front of park for household refuse.
