For 51 years, County Line on the Hill has been serving up legendary barbecue, unforgettable views, and memories shared around the table. From family gatherings and first dates to celebrations big and small, we’re honored to have been a part of your story.

Thank you to our loyal guests, dedicated team members, and community for making the past 51 years so special. Your support has helped us become a Texas tradition, and we couldn’t have done it without y'all!
