Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions (DMS) has undergone an audit for AS9100:D certification. DMS has demonstrated effective implementation and adherence to the Aerospace Quality Management System standard and regulatory requirements. DMS has satisfied the requirements of AS9100:D and is recommended award of the pending certificate upon the completion of the technical review by its registrar. This achievement represents the hard work, the dedication of DMS employees, and serves as an acknowledgment of the maturity of the procedures and processes that serve as the foundation for the organization, and the commitment of its managers.

DMS is a US based manufacturing company, holding ISO certificates for 13485, 14001, 9001, and ESD S20.20 standards. The organization provides engineering services, support functions and contract manufacturing of machined and welded alloys, bends, assemblies for fluid lines and modular systems supporting semiconductor, pharma, medical device, and aerospace industries. On this day 10 years ago, our Founder & CEO, Robb Misso, took the biggest leap of faith by turning his passion into a reality.

His love for Manufacturing began at an early age. He had an appreciation and avid curiosity for understanding the mechanics of things. That curiosity manifested into Robb pursuing an education in Engineering which then catapulted him into the world of Manufacturing. Robb believes, “The idea of making products you can see, feel, and touch is very fulfilling”. He continued that fulfillment by creating the legacy that is DMS today. His visionary leadership and fearless approach to accomplish the impossible has left a lasting imprint on the manufacturing community.

Robb credits the company’s success to the team around him. “We have always believed our team is our greatest asset. We take really good care of our employees by giving them opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. He was our guest during our Management Meeting today 🐶 ❤️

TSTC in Williamson County alumna Lauren Caprio of Pflugerville is a level III ultra-high-purity welder at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions in , where she works in a humidity-controlled clean room with employees wearing white protective gear to do tungsten inert gas welding and orbital welding.
