This floor retails for around $16.00 a sq foot. Turn key including tax. This includes tile tear out, floor prep, install, trim.
This is a quality floor that can perform for many years. This could be a lifetime floor. That says a lot with the quality of materials these days.

She wanted a simple shower with no curb. We didn’t even have to put that Shower glass there. That water drained perfectly in the floor.
Heated towel rack and a teak bench that she could move in when she wanted to sit down and shave. Nothing that would trap water. 
I love how creative this kid is. His page is awesome. He just goes around and asks people if he could paint their stuff. And he’s making a name for himself. My uncle Mario Benedetti used to do that, he was actually my grandmother‘s brother, but my dad called him uncle Mario, so…..so did I 🤷♀️. Mario used to paint anything that he could find. Moose antlers, milk jars, tractor seats, churches, he did so many murals in Trinidad, Colorado . I’m gonna put a couple things that I have of his that he painted in the comments. 
OK, back to this kid. Look at this neat sink that he created. I love doing master bathroom remodels. It’s kind of cool to be creative and be a part of something that your clients are going to see and love every day. They’re gonna see your creation and that’s how they start their day💕. I mean that’s a lot of responsibility, but I’m not choosing my own ideas. I’m extracting those thoughts from their brains. I just read them really well, and make it happen. Even when they don’t know how to explain it. That’s what makes everything fun, the rush I get from my business. I’m addicted to making people happy in construction. That’s a weird addiction lol.
