Today’s the day!!! (And tomorrow!!!) We’re doing some spring cleaning around the hotel and decided to open up to the public and offer some sweet pieces from our home!! Please stop by and take a look around 📦🪧🪴🏷️🧾

Spring has sprung at the inn and all of the Frances flowers are waiting to meet you!!! Every corner of our little hideaway is filled with greenery that perfectly compliments our vibrant personality! We’ve also recently remodeled our rooftop patio just in time for beautiful summer time hangs! Grab all your best friends and come spend some time with us 🌸🌱💛

Feeling chilly? Come share the warmth up on our communal patios this winter! Coffee machines with extensive options, pre-warmed mugs, books and games galore and the best part: plenty of heaters and fluffy blankets!!!

Wanna relax like the locals do? Come stay at the Frances and plop into a nice, warm bubble bath in one of our rooms with a tub. Now featuring a complimentary selection of bath bombs in their beautiful bowls, hand-painted by one of our innkeepers, Peaches!!
The little details really mean everything to us!
(Please do *not* follow suit of our pigeon friends and bathe in the fountain — our fish get spooked easily 🐡)

From the very beginning, we’ve been lucky enough to call our Inn part of ‘s radiant, ethereal world. His transcendental dreamscapes, full of hidden curiosities and creatures, have always effortlessly complimented the colorful spirit of The Frances Modern Inn.
