We're now entering our Summer Cycling Season in ATX. No better training - windy, hot, humid - for the Israel Ride. Even before you consider your preparation for these conditions, we'd like to remind you to start with the simple stuff. Wear your helmet.

Amidst the extremely heartbreaking situation in Eretz Yisrael... we paused our sadness and welcomed a very special guest with a tour of Austin, Texas the way we all love to - b'bicycle. Kfir Kol rolled around with Marcus Shaftel and discussed how the mission of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies is vital to achieving lasting peace and our optimism for joining up - b'yachad - this fall. Kfir has been a lead rider for every Israel Ride since its inception.
