My hyrox race didn’t go as planned but it was a fun and brutal challenge. I got 1:26 (1:15 last time so 11 minutes slower) Back to the drawing board. I know what I need to work on to come back better, faster and stronger!

I focused a ton on my running in prep and it improved in this race but my workouts got significantly worse lol

I’ll put more emphasis on strength work before the next one and keep my speed up as much as possible. Stoked to find balance between the two💪🏽

Thank you all so much for the support. I felt so much love while running the course. The community at Hyrox is the best 🫶🏽 It was great seeing so many people from the fitness community putting themselves to the test, going hard and getting it done!
