It takes a courageous singer/songwriter to let the trombone player take a solo on their Cosmic Americana record. I appreciate the opportunity and ! Check the record out everyone! It’s a good one!

Stopped through on the way back from Tulsa for a quick visit to the alma mater. I’ve been back to Denton many times, but I don’t think I’ve been inside the music building in years. I appreciate the “welcome back Michael” sign on the jazz library. That meant a lot even though some might interpret the sign as being for the Michael who works in that office.
