Monthly Reset.
12 calender months means 12- 30 days chances to achieve your goals.
July is rolling to and end again and you are looking at the calender, looking at your goals like nothing "don change". My dear, look again.
Part of a good self care routine for every month is
Gratitude is not only counting things that are working. It is a magical key that helps you see the good in every bad situation.
By focusing on the little blessings, you'll find your heart filled with happiness and your life enriched with wonderful memories.As this week leads us into the new month,Look for those little things you are grateful for in the month of July and write them down.

Did you know that just paying attention to yourself will promotes your emotional wellbeing. When you notice you are shouting up and down or getting angry easily it is an indication that something is going off somwhere.
You know that here in this part of the world, mental health is of uttermost importance and you do not take it likely when you start feeling some how.
There are few self care activities that has being proven to improve mental health.
JOURNALING. Journaling will not only improve you but it will help articulate your thoughts. There is a saying that says when you want to get things done write it down.
MEDITATION: Meditation is a way of quieting yourself. My people will call it “mentaining your steeze” lol. It is simply training your mind to be present and aware in the moment.
READING: Apart from reading everything that pops up on the internet, I have decided to read more often and this I am teaching my kids too. As your Kids most likely follow what you do rather than what you say.
