Austin’s real estate market has seen increase in the number of active listings by 180%. While the average time on the market in October was 47 days, the median sale price was $474,990. Austin’s housing market in October 2022 saw over 82 listings sold above listed price, more than 72 sold at listed price and over 346 sold below.

If you haven’t heard, now you have! Downtown is getting a tower, which will be the tallest in TEXAS! The Wilson Tower is being built at 401 E 5th Street. It will be 80 floors with a total height of 1,035 feet. The tower will have approximately 450 apartment units with studios from 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses. Residents will have access to a pool deck, a movie theater, a cocktail lounge, and other luxurious amenities.
