President Donald Trump’s sweeping, global “Liberation Day” tariffs are dead. The outcome wasn’t tough to foresee — Trump had already lost twice in the lower federal courts, and the Supreme Court clearly leaned against him at oral argument — but the ruling hits the administration like a bomb.

“The cross-ideological composition of the majority here stands as a sharp rebuke both to Trump and those who glibly bemoan that ‘this conservative Court always gives Trump everything he wants,’” writes Elie Honig.

Introducing HUSH by PLN Group | wakaNINE LLC Recently, our very own David Trubridge sat down with ASPIRE Design and Home magazine to be a part of their Maker Monday series – an interview format designed to gain perspective from an array of makers from around the globe.

We love to see a project that focuses on exceptional lighting design- check out this feature in Marin Magazine! This masterful renovation of a Santa Barbara-style Spanish Colonial home in San Anselmo showcases the intersection between traditional architecture and contemporary design. A highlight is David Trubridge's Navicula and Kina pendants, which bring an organic beauty to the modern interior.

One of the challenges in designing this space was the sheer size of the home- 7,300 square feet, with five bedrooms and five and a half baths, and ceiling heights that reach up to 20 feet in some rooms. "Since the cost of a total renovation for a house of this size would have been prohibitively expensive, Pike was tasked with pulling off a transformation without changing the flooring, windows and staircase, and without fully remodeling the kitchen."
