I step outside to give thanks and 3 Little Birds land on top of one of the trees in our front yard. My mind immediately goes to Bob Marley's iconic song. Signs and messages come to each of us from all of the sources available to us. We just have to look, listen, observe, and also respect. This is the Art of Listening. So I decide to look into the meaning of 3 little birds. In Jamaican and Rastafarian culture, the sighting of 3 birds is symbolic for hope and perseverance in times of distress. Incidentally, I'm at about the two-thirds point of finishing production on my 5th album, Mr Invisible. Mr Invisible is about resilience and redemption. At various times throughout life, we all feel unseen, unheard, unobserved, and disrespected. But we must remember to continue to have hope and faith that there is a higher force at work guiding the way. The source is much deeper than any religion. Stay strong. Adversity will always come, but we're built to keep fighting and overcome.
