I know money is tight for a lot of people. But as we age metabolic fitness becomes extremely important.
It would be a very hard decision but if I had to choose at my age I would buy one of these before power rack.
If get a TRX, a few kettlebells, some bands, an adjustable bench, and either a tower or assault bike. (I love both)
They allow you to track power and distance so every workout can be a competition.
