Falling behind isn't the same as falling short.
Every classroom has them: students who understand they're behind in science, but who hit a wall trying to catch up because the material moves faster than they can absorb it. The gap doesn't close on its own, and building a custom catch-up plan isn't realistic for most teachers to do alone, for every student, every year.
That's the gap LIFT was built to close. It's a fast, standards-aligned intervention that gives those students a clear on-ramp back into grade-level science — without requiring a teacher to reinvent their curriculum to make it happen.
Intervention shouldn't mean waiting until the next benchmark to find out whether it worked.
LIFT — Learning Intervention Fast Track — takes teachers from "this student is behind" to the right standard, the right lesson, and proof of growth.
Built for K–8 science. Built for the teachers doing three jobs at once.
What's the bigger bottleneck in your intervention cycle — spotting the gap, or finding something worth teaching once you've spotted it?

This Thursday, July 30 — join us for a LIFT Lunch-N-Learn.
Every classroom has them: students who fell behind in science, not because they couldn't learn the material, but because they never got the right on-ramp back in. Once a student falls behind, catching up usually means one of two things for a teacher — build a custom intervention from scratch, or watch the gap widen. Neither is a good option.
That's the problem LIFT was built to solve.
LIFT (Learning Intervention Fast Track) is EduSmart's standards-aligned science intervention, built directly on the same EduSmart content teachers already use and trust. It's not a bolt-on program or a guessing game — it's a focused, fast path designed specifically for catch-up learning, so students can get back to grade-level work without a teacher having to reinvent their curriculum to make it happen.
In this 30-minute session, we'll walk through:
– What LIFT actually is and how it fits alongside your existing curriculum
– How the intervention is structured to move students quickly without watering down the standards
– How schools are already using LIFT in their classrooms today

At EduSmart, we pair real classroom data with methods that build real confidence — so science clicks for every student, not just the ones who already like it.
What's one moment you've seen a student's science confidence click into place? Tell us below. 👇

Our team spent the week in Amarillo connecting with Region 16 educators and talking all things science instruction. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth — we loved every conversation. Until next time! 👋

For about a minute on July 8, around 11:10 GMT, roughly 99% of everyone on Earth — about 8.2 billion people — was standing in sunlight at the same time.
It comes down to Earth's tilt and northern-hemisphere summer: almost all of us catch daylight or twilight together, while just a sliver of the planet (mostly Australia and New Zealand) sits in the dark.
The everyday sky is quietly extraordinary — and that's exactly why science is so much fun to teach. What's a science fact that stopped you in your tracks? 👇
