Before pictures and some initial demolition on a tenant finish out project. Very similar to the Farmers Insurance project we previously completed.

Getting through the Plumbing top out, electrical and mechanical roughs, and ultimately the frame inspection always feels like the longest stretch of the job. Though much is changing, it’s not as noticeable as the when the concrete is placed or the frame goes up. This part of the project is definitely “ the hump.” Once you are through the frame inspections th progress seem to a start moving a little quicker.

ADU going vertical. Framing is always my favorite part. The project starts to take shape, lines from the blueprints suddenly becoming a reality onsite.

ADU going up Austin. This project is another collaboration with Thoughtbarn. Always a pleasure working with their team. They put a lot of detail and thought into their designs and it shows. Looking forward to seeing the finished product on this one.

We love starting from the dirt and bringing a new home to life! This one had a protected tree up against the future slab and required a deepened grade beam, double the normal rebar and a cantilevered portion of the slab to make the home work with the existing tree. Happy to report the new home and tree are doing great!

Some before and after photos of a church we were blessed with getting to work on. Replaced the exterior storefront glass, rebuilt the baptismal and the pulpit back to original specifications. Added in some built in shelving. May God’s word ring true from this pulpit for generations to come.

Waterproofing. It isn’t cheap, but it has to be right. Incorrect waterproofing is a lot more costly in the long run. Pictured is a bathroom we just started gutting for a remodel. I’m not convinced the previous waterproofing was working….your thoughts??
