New savings available through appraisal district’s homestead exemptions in 2022 The Travis Central Appraisal District said homeowners can save even more on their property tax bills in 2022 with new laws regarding homestead exemptions going into effect.

If you haven't already, don't forget to file for your Homestead Exemption. The exemption should be filed with the taxing authority by 4/30/2020. You may even be able to file online! For more information, check the county appraisal district website.
