This knot saves lives, but I'm doing this for another reason... Ask me why in the comments.

ATX musicians, I NEED YOUR HELP! 🫵🏻

The response to my single NOMAD on SoundCloud has been wild, and it's time to build a live ensemble to bring this thing to the stage.

I’m looking for local players (or orchestra/band folks) who play:

🎸 Guitar / Bass
🥁 Drums
🎷 Saxophone
🎻 Strings / Orchestral instruments

If that’s you – or you know an Austin, Texas musician who’d kill this – tag them below or shoot me a DM. Let’s bring NOMAD to life. 🔊

WE LIVE! Got to talk music, film, education, and AI (and much more) with McCollough ... What a conversation! 🗣️🤙🏻

Not too often do you meet people that you connect with off the bat 🏓🦇

Looking forward to going LIVE more often to talk to more wonderful people about these topics.

There’s an owl in my attic... 🦉🏠

Years ago, I wrote a set of lyrics that just wouldn't leave me alone. It all started with an elf owl perched just out of reach in my attic. We sat there, introducing ourselves, and a strange thing happened... I could feel exactly what it was feeling!

It wasn't fear. It was the heavy exhaustion of escaping something.

Trauma does that. It uproots us. It makes us live in so much fear that we completely forget who we are. In that moment, I realized that little owl and I were in the exact same boat.

For Mental Health Awareness, I wanted to turn that shared vulnerability into art. So, I grabbed my guitar, a pen, and paper, and let the soul take over. Here is the evolution of that story. 🎶✨
