Singer/songwriter out of Austin, TX. Jay picked up the guitar at age 13…and hardly ever put it down.
His passion for songwriting carved a unique path through his early adulthood. Pursuing a career in medicine, he found that while many of our superficial wounds can be cured with aspirin and bandaids, true healing of our deeper wounds must come from within. Finding healing through music himself, he has felt it a calling to share his music with others. His music will remind you of Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, The Avett Brothers, Leon Bridges, and Train.
