❄️ Freezing Weather Advisory – Please Read ❄️
With freezing temperatures expected, we ask all residents to take the following precautions to help prevent damage and ensure everyone’s safety:
Set your heater to ON and no lower than 55°F, even if you are away from home.
Open cabinets under sinks (kitchen and bathrooms) to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
Allow faucets to drip slightly to help prevent frozen pipes.
Immediately notify the office if you notice any water leaks in your apartment or in common areas.
Please continue to monitor the weather closely. If you need to travel, allow yourself extra time to reach your destination safely. When walking around the community, use caution and watch your step, as icy conditions may develop.

We will keep everyone updated on our office hours as we continue to monitor the weather.
