Avocado toast - avocado, lemon juice, sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, onion powder & a dash of cayenne, topped with thin sliced radishes, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. New and improved version. 🤤

Given the first picture, 1 pc of this Buttery Italian breakfast Casserole (when you add in the cost for the other ingred) comes out to about $3.00 per person. Wow. Ima have to raise my prices or buy some chickens! 🪺 🐓

This morning’s breakfast for my guest.
Baked oatmeal w/strawberries & pecans, and our signature turkey & cheddar omelette w/mango pico, banana peppers & a dollop of sour cream. 😋
This morning at Austin City Ranch: Venison jalapeño & cheese sausage breakfast hash! With sautéed sweet peppers & onions, mexican street corn and a few chopped flavor bomb tomatoes. Topped with creamy Monterrey Jack cheese & fresh cilantro. It was 👨🍳 💋🤌🏼

Grilled chicken thighs with a little sea salt & olive oil. Add a spice rub (ground mustard-fennel-cumin-paprika-pepper) & grill on medium high 5-7 mins until you get a nice char. Serve over rice with fresh cilantro and home made lime Crema dressing. 😋
