AHHHHH!!!!!!! An amazing and unexpected win!!!! Client has a brain tumor, recommended treatment denied as "Experimental/Investigational." Not after I got involved!
Over $200,000 in medical expenses previously denied- COVERED!!! Please, please, fight unjust denials. Justice will be done. Patients who are sick should not have to worry about the added stress of fighting unjust denials. I just received the news a few minutes ago, and I have to admit, I was bawling crying.

Dr. X gets notified from BlueCross BlueShield Texas that they are going to terminate him from all of their networks in a few months. This would cause significant financial damage to Dr. X's practice. Enter stage right, BayneLaw, first level appeal filed. We insisted that someone in the same specialty sit on the appeal panel who was familiar with the standard of care, because, shocker, sometimes, allergists decide the standard of care for surgeons! I am SO proud of this win! Client had over $200,000 in denied cardiac medical bills!! All claims denied as “pre-existing conditions” which many don’t realize can be a legitimate denial under a short-term health insurance policy. Initial appeal upheld the denial, so we appealed to an independent review organization. The IRO overturned the denial, client now cleared of the crushing $200,000 debt!! 💥💪🏼
