We will be closed for drink-in/dine-in service on Monday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th. In addition to our online delivery platforms, we are mobilizing a plan for walk up to-go food & non-alcoholic beverage service, which we hope to launch on Wednesday, March 18th. We know this is a really challenging time. We are committed to offering delicious and comforting food, especially for our ever-growing community of plant-based guests. 💥BIG ANNOUNCEMENT💥 We are delighted to welcome Caer Ferguson as our new Bar Manager here at Last Straw. Caer is one of the most prolific bartenders working in Austin today and joins our team after over two years at the lauded Roosevelt Room. Her work behind the bar also extends to ‘Daijoubu’, the incredible super Asian cocktail pop-up she co-founded and now executes nationally. Caer rounds out the leadership staff here at Last Straw under the leadership of Edgewise Beverage Director, Jessica Sanders, and Last Straw Culinary Director, Zack Sutton. She is bringing unparalleled creativity, warmth and a passion for hospitality to Last Straw. We couldn’t be more excited for Austin to continue to bear witness to her many talents as she takes the day-to-day helm of the bar. 🌴
