*Operations Coordinator*

Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
-Monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained without excess or shortages.
-Conducting regular audits to verify physical inventory matches recorded data.
-Analyzing usage patterns and making recommendations for inventory adjustments.

Ordering Equipment and Supplies:
-Identifying inventory needs based on usage trends, demand forecasts, and upcoming projects.
-Creating purchase orders for new inventory based on established procurement processes.
-Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate terms.
-Monitoring the status of orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
-Managing relationships with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Data Entry:
-Inputting accurate information into databases, spreadsheets, or inventory management systems.
-Recording details about incoming and outgoing inventory, including quantities, item descriptions, and locations.
-Maintaining data integrity by regularly updating and reconciling records.

Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
-Preferably some proficiency with CRM software.
-Analytical skills to assess inventory trends and make data-driven decisions.
-Organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and prioritize tasks.
-Communication skills to coordinate with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
-Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
