Her goal was clear: purchase a home she could one day turn into a rental property as her family grows.

She put in the work, did her homework, attended our First-Time Homebuyer Workshop, and when the time was right, we started the house-hunting journey together. Before long, we found the one.

Today, Samantha is officially a homeowner! 🎉

May Recap ✨
Not in timeline order, but it all happened in May:

1. Carlos Vives concert in Houston with my sister. 🎶 I got to see one of my best friends and eat amazing Ecuadorian food.

2. Mother’s Day celebration. 💐 Iskai performed at her school, and we had a BBQ at my sister’s house. I got the best gift from Andreina.

3. A proud mom moment 🌎watching one of the Austin Youth Climate Council members give their last presentation of the year.

4. I went to San Antonio, and it was fun hahaha.

5. Bingo night with the family. Yes, we danced, sang, and had so much fun. It was also my sister’s birthday celebration. 🎉

6. After Bingo, we did karaoke. 🎤 First time doing it together here with my sister.

7. I started celebrating my birthday with my work friends, who I love. ❤️

8. Second concert of the month… and yes, I only knew two songs. 😂

9. I went to a Spanish comedy show with my friends for my birthday, and it was so much fun. We made our first reel together.

10. After-party picture with the ones who can keep partying forever with me. 💃

11. I went on a hike with my favorite superhero. ❤️

12. Me dancing because I love to dance. 💃

13. My real estate life was super busy. 🏡 I was planning to close six houses in May while balancing life. One closing got pushed back, and one fell through. I kept helping my clients and working hard while juggling so many things. But everything is worth it.

14. Andreina graduated from high school, and I could not be more proud of the young woman she is becoming. 🎓❤️ To be honest, I don’t know how I got so lucky to have a daughter as amazing as her. Te amo, mi amor.

18. Andreina’s graduation party. 🎓 Everything was about her, as it should be.

19. I don’t cook as often as I used to, but I made a special meal for my sister’s birthday. 🍽️

20. Iskai’s graduation! 🎓 Ready to move on to the big kids’ school.

I did so many things there brought me joy, happiness, exhaustion and much more, and made me realize how greatful I am for everyone and everything I have in my life.
