Watari Bune 55 Ginjo sake, recieves it's name from the rice used to produce it. A rice that was almost lost to history, persevering through the passion of Toji's. This sake has a crisp finish, with notes of Pineapple to accompany it's rich history with a rich taste! Let us know if you've tried this wonderful sake! 🍶

Nigori Sake, unfiltered sake such as White Silk is a wonderful way to try some of the sweeter notes that sake has to offer. The Kinushiro gives wonderful notes of coconut and banana, along with it's silky smooth texture! Try it at our taproom!
