Look at this big, beautiful cake! I wanted to do something different and post a picture of me with the cake right after I finished it. I have to drive it quite far today, and I would love to take some pictures of it at the venue. I will put some professional pictures up later. But I wanted to give you this cute little sneak peek of my pearled masterpiece. I have done this style before with the sugar pearls, and I must say I'm a lot quicker at it than I used to be. But I have a few tricks up my sleeve. If anyone is ever interested in this technique and the easiest way to go about it, please reach out!

Dinosaurs galore!!!! A playful dinosaur cake designed for an awesome Bo-rassic birthday! I didn't make the dinosaurs on this one, but everything else is handmade with love for a Roarsome looking cake. Lots of techniques including fondant wraps, airbrushing, edible moss, graphic design and fondant work.

(Sorry it's not a botched b**b job. IYKYK! 😆)

Another graduation number cake! Complete with custom details and a free buttercream roses. Congrats to all of our graduates this year! 🎓♥️🫶🏻

It's Cake! Beautiful close-up details of this fabulous cake! Everything is made by hand with edible materials. Proud of this one! ♥️🥰

It's been awhile since I was able to create a realistic looking cake. And you know, this is my absolute favorite. When you allow me to be as creative as possible and create something really cool, my heart is oh so happy. Everything in this picture is handmade from edible material. The c books are homemade lemon cakes with lemon curd. The teacups are made from white chocolate and isomalt. The doilies are cake lace. And everything else is made from fondant. The books were dusted with stencils. And are completely decorated on the back sides as well. I will find time to post a video at some point. I actually had made a little Golden spoon as well and then I forgot to put it on the cake board. The cake board is completely covered in fondant and airbrushed as well to look like wood panels. I couldn't be more proud of this cake and I hope that you love it as much as I do!

As the weather gets hotter, I find myself already longing for fall, and we aren't even in the midst of the Texas heat yet! Running into this old favorite of mine made me smile thinking about crisp evenings and fall colors.

This cake was for a fall baby shower and I used buttercream and fondant for the decorations. I've learned so much since this cake, but I just remember how much I surprised myself with this one.
