In all my 37 years of real estate, this has to be one of my most favorite transactions! Not often do we celebrate with my client (Matthew Arthur), the buyer of my client's property (Chris Seals), AND their Realtor (Ryan Machala). What a great group on a great deal! Thank you guys!

This is why I do real estate. Lew, a really good and deserving guy, closed on his first home, a condo, within 4 miles of downtown for an incredible price of just $107,500! This will be a life changer for him. I'm presenting him with his "Good Luck Broom" after closing. (It's bad luck to take your old broom to a new home, so I give buyers "Good Luck Brooms" along with their new keys)
