I stopped by and spoke with Frank, the owner of ATX Bikes, and he said to pass along his FB post to you.
"Starting Wednesday, March 25, ATX bikes is limiting operations in response to the Stay-At-Home Order issued by Austin.
Our limited services are available Monday through Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM. We will be closed on Sundays.
Our store will be limited to two customers at a time. Please call when you arrive or come to the door for instruction. If necessary, we will let you know your place in queue.
If your bicycle requires service, we will receive your bike curbside or at our front door. The mechanic who receives your bike will wipe down touch points before and after the assessment or any work is done. We will provide an estimate of cost and ETA for completion to the best of our ability. We are limiting our repair services to the minor necessities to keep bikes rolling. Now is not the time for restorations or extensive projects. Please understand that we must first see your bike in order to provide an estimate.
If you need to purchase items from our store, please call on arrival and we will provide instruction. We will manage guests in a one-in-one-out manner. We ask that you limit your party to ONE and please do not bring children into the store. Our goal is to provide touchless service. Test rides on bikes, try-ons of wearable items are not permitted. Our intent is to help you find what you need in a timely fashion to reduce your time in the store and assist as many riders as we can.
Please respect social distancing of others as well as our staff as we strive to navigate this situation as safely as possible.
