Recovery is connecting with and healing parts of ourselves we have ignored for years. 🌻 As you’re changing your habits, you will get to see newer versions of yourself. Make room for all that is to come your way by releasing its love all the old ways and people that no longer align with your values.

We all deserve to experience this life. 🧡 If you are struggling to cope because of drugs or alcohol please reach out so we can be there so you can get the help you need.

Getting sober is a huge life transition. 🦋 It may not be one that everyone must wade, but we experience the fear, stress, and rebuilding just the same… and yes it sucks! But it sure beats active using and abusing.

Recovery👏🏼is👏🏼not👏🏼linear… and if you’re still doing the damn thing… showing up, supporting others, sharing, being honest… that sounds pretty good in our book. Take this Monday to realize the small steps you’ve taken towards your expansive future!

UNCONDITIONAL… that doesn’t mean perfection. 🌅 It means despite our failures and betrayals we will love ourselves through it. It does not remove fault, there are amends for that, but it does mean we will see ourselves valuable enough to do the work for.
