We serve public education clients in all areas of education law, including employment law, student rights and discipline, purchasing and acquisition, contract negotiation, administrative law, disability law, infrastructure, all areas of construction law (including the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and construction litigation), real estate law, special education, Chapter 313 value limitation agreements, public finance transactions (including serving as bond counsel for bond elections and bond offerings), elections and redistricting, civil rights and constitutional law, and all areas of civil litigation. As general and special legal counsel to school districts, regional education service centers, and colleges across the State, we regularly represent our clients in complex civil litigation.
