Low Carb Crab Rangoon Taquitos ๐ฆ๐คค๐
What you need:
1/4 cup chopped crab meat
2 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp diced green onions
3 low carb tortillas, small
2 tbsp butter, melted
How to make them:
1. Mix your cream cheese, crab meat & green onions. Spread on your tortillas.
2. Roll tightly, brush with butter and air fry @ 400F for 6-10 mins. Take them out, serve with sugar free sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
Pro tip: You can pan fry these in oil for extra crispiness ๐ฅ
Creamy High Protein Chicken Noodle Soup ๐คค๐๐ฅฃ

What you need:
8 oz low carb pasta
2 chicken breasts
1 block cream cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika & Italian seasonings to taste
How to make it:
1. Cook all ingredients except your pasta on low for 6-8 hours. (Or high for 3-4)
2. Shred your chicken, boil & drain your pasta and combine. Enjoy!
Pro tip: If you leave out the cream cheese this tastes more like a traditional chicken noodle soup and is still pretty good ๐
Chicken & Pickle Bacon Ranch Skewers ๐คค๐ฅ๐
What you need:
1 large chicken breast, cubed
1 cup of pickle juice & the pickles
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
4 slices of bacon
How to make them:
1. Marinate all ingredients together for 1-24 hours.
2. Wrap with bacon, stick on skewers and air fry @ 400F for 12-15 mins. Take them out and enjoy!
Pro tip: You can skip the bacon if you donโt have any and this recipe is still pretty delicious ๐
High Protein Blackened Stuffed Salmon Dinner ๐คค๐๐ฅ
What you need:
1 salmon filet, skin off
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp mozzarella
2 tbsp chopped spinach
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste.
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
For the blackened seasoning:
1 tsp each: Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, chili powder & cayenne pepper.
How to make it:
1. Mix your cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic, onion powder, salt & pepper.
2. Cut a slit in your salmon and add the mixture. Brush with butter & add your seasonings.
3. Air fry @ 375F for 12-15 mins. Take it out & enjoy!
High Protein Crispy Chicken Shell BLT Tacos ๐ฎ๐คค๐
What you need for the shells:
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 tsp Italian seasonings & a dash of red pepper
For the filling:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cooked bacon
Ranch
How to make them:
1. On a parchment lined sheet, shape half of your mozzarella into 2 circles. Add the chicken, seasonings and rest of the mozzarella on top.
2. Bake @ 425F for 10-12 mins. Take them out and let them cool down.
3. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon & ranch. Enjoy!
Pro tip: The original viral recipe for these uses a Caesar salad as the filling. But I was out of Parmesan and honestly think the BLT version turned out better anyway!
Creamy Low Carb Chicken Pot Pie Lasagna ๐ฅ๐คค๐
What you need:
3 low carb tortillas
2 cups fully cooked chicken, chopped
16 oz mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken
2 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
How to make it:
1. Mix your chicken, veggies, cream of chicken and seasonings.
2. Then, layer your tortilla, the pot pie mix, another tortilla, more pot pie mix & one more tortilla on top.
3. Brush with butter & bake @ 375F for 30 mins. Broil for the last 2-3 mins. Take it out & enjoy!
Pro tip: You can also add a little heavy cream to the mix, it will just be slightly more runny and the tortilla on the bottom and middle wonโt be as crispy or crust like ๐
Air Fryer Steak Bites that are juicy & sooo tender ๐คค๐ฅฉ๐

What you need:
1 steak, cut into bite sized pieces (I used strip)
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp black pepper, red pepper, salt & onion powder
How to make them:
1. Toss all ingredients until combined.
2. Air fry @ 400F for 5-10 mins. The less time, the closer to medium rare ๐
3. Take them out, add more garlic butter and enjoy!
Pro tip: This works with any cut of steak ๐
Healthy High Protein Fudgey Brownie ๐ซ๐คค๐
What you need:
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 large egg
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbsp sweetener (I used monkfruit)
How to make it:
1. Mix your Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder & sweetener until fully combined.
2. Pour into a greased dish (4x6) and top with your chocolate chips.
3. Bake @ 350F for 25-30 mins. Take it out, let cool, add whipped cream and enjoy!
Pro tip: You can do this with cottage cheese as well. Just blend it first ๐

1 cup of broth
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used pepper jack)
2 tbsp chili lime seasoning
1 tbsp cotija or Parmesan cheese for topping
1 tbsp diced cilantro
How to make it:
1. In a slow cooker, cook your chicken, cream cheese, broth, corn & seasonings for 3-4 hours on high.
2. Shred your chicken, add the boiled & drained pasta, cheese & serve topped with your cilantro & cotija. Enjoy!
