Got the official word today even though it happened a couple months ago. I’ve got survivor guilt, if I’m honest. Too many people still stuck with predatory loans. (You privileged people, I see you)

Wanna take a moment to shout out my sister Sarita who is a low-key face for Chican@ advocacy in Denver. She and my other sisters and have been featured in photographs by amazing Denver artists such as and and it seems our (Chican@s) moment has finally come in Denver and it’s beautiful to witness. Fight will continue but I do remember the days in Denver when it was impossible to get a mainstream audience.
