THE ROLE:
As a Paid Social Ad Specialist, you'll help create new ad campaigns, then manage and scale them day-to-day as they run, to get the best campaign performance.
KEY OBJECTIVES:

We're looking for an organized & personable Client Account Manager to manage day-to-day client communications and project operations.
THE ROLE
As Client Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients and team members. You'll manage day-to-day communications and oversee project operations.
KEY OBJECTIVES
🌟Guide projects from onboarding to launch, thru ongoing management.
🌟Manage client relationships and our delivery team.
🌟Maintain great client happiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Onboard new clients.
2. Facilitate client meetings.
3. Keep projects on-time and organized.
4. QA: be a second set of eyes to review & test campaigns before sending to client.
5. Team management: coordinate with the delivery team so that tasks are completed on time. Help clear up any questions and action items.
6. Reporting: keep clients up to date by sharing weekly reports, maintain open communication, and answer their questions.
