This innovative project, spearheaded by the visionary Ryan Salinas, is all about blending diverse voices and stories to create a powerful, harmonized composition. With contributions from Johann Solo, Kelee, Maxx, Julian, Keith Corona, Aaron, Ray Valdez, and Mike Riot, WHISPERS is redefining musical boundaries by drawing inspiration from the rich, traditional sounds of the Indigenous Americas.🌍 Through this grassroots initiative, WHISPERS not only celebrates the vibrant cultural tapestry of Austin but also crafts a unique soundscape that intertwines history, storytelling, and musical innovation. In working to keep our trusted patrons, and creative & artistic communities safe and healthy in the whirlwind of the COVID-19, we join the chorus of City of Austin businesses and human efforts to protect each other – and as such temporarily close all workshops, performances, classes, and exhibits for the time being. We are working in tandem with municipal leaders and health officials in assessing the precarious situation we all find ourselves in during this early Spring 2020.
