This year, TBD Post participated in the Pathways Internship program - a weeklong opportunity for juniors to get hands-on experience in their field of interest. We were thrilled to host our very first interns, Aries & Myla, and give them a sampler of everything we do here in post.

Their assignment: reimagine an existing film trailer in a completely different style or tone. Their pick? Beauty & The Beast (live action) - reimagined as a horror film. 👀

Here's how the week broke down:
✂️ 2 days in Edit - Aries & Myla cut the trailer themselves with guidance from Catie and an assist from Yuqi 🎨 1 day in Color - they took over 's panel and graded the piece 🔊 1 day in Mix - directing Kyle on the mix, pulling sound design with Lauren, and even tracking their own ADR in the VO booth 🎤 Final day - presenting their work to the TBD team and their school advisor
Watching them step into each department, ask sharp questions, and own their creative choices was the highlight of our week. Aries & Myla - you crushed it.

Big thanks to for building a program that gives students this kind of real-world exposure. We're already looking forward to next year.
