"It Takes A Village."
My piece for the Bolm Road Mural Project. Thank you always to for organizing and the community for allowing us to create some artwork for you! 🙏 These are the bantam chickens that live in the neighborhood and they wander around in packs, laying eggs in nearby yards. They represent family and coming together, compassion and protection, and I hope they spark some happiness if you happen to see them in person.

"Teachers Pet", Acrylic on Canvas, 20"x24"
Collaborative piece with ✌️ We're getting down to the last few paintings from our collab show! Shoot us a message if you'd like for this to be a part of your home!
I have a couple of upcoming mural projects that I'm very excited about, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year will bring. It was a rough start at the beginning, to say the least, but I'm a subscriber of there being a lesson in everything, especially the hard times. But cheers to better days coming and giving yourself grace through life.

"Group Therapy", Mixed Media on Wood, 24"x24"
Another available piece from the collab show. Shoot us a message if you'd like to adopt this lil thing or have any questions!
For the process on this collection we laid out all the available canvas we had and just went to town switching back and forth between works.
Never having used much backgrounds in a lot of my previous studio stuff, it was too much fun getting all loosey goosey with putting down all the layers of color and texture, and I soon found myself becoming very attached to certain stages of the wips, so much so it was almost hard to move forward with painting on top of them.
I hope you guys have liked the new pieces so far, it was honestly a bit nerve-wracking because we weren't sure how they would be received as they felt very different from anything we'd painted together before; we weren't able to get much feedback before we showed them.
Buuuut we had a really good time making them and getting out of our comfort zone a little bit, and THE REAL TREASURE IS THE FRIENDS YOU MAKE ALONG THE WAY AMIRIGHT. And that's important. Taking time to make things that you enjoy making. I'm lucky I get to do it with you .

"Regicide", Acrylic on Wood, 36"x48"
SOLD
Let go of the parts and iterations of you that no longer serve your path. Kill your ego. Kill the expectation of what you should be and become who you want to be. Be unrulable. We enter this world as nothing more than hopes and dreams. Who will you leave as? The king is dead, long live the King.
Thank you for scooping up this piece from during our show! This was the largest piece from our collab work and definitely another one of our personal favorites, so we are stoked and so grateful it's found it's way to you!
Prints of this are also available, shoot us a message to snag one! Thanks for looking y'all! 🙏

"Coming Up Roses", Acrylic on Canvas, 24"x36"
Another collab with that's still available! Been having fun playing with these more muted palettes. Learning to appreciate the softer side of things. Shoot either of us a message with any questions or if you'd like to have this piece for your home! Thanks for looking. 🙇

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep... Painted this today of a sketch I did when we were stopped in Colorado during our roadtrip last fall.
