For many years, I have been plagued with sciatic nerve issues down my right leg. When I was biking enough miles each week, the problem was minimal. But over time my biking decreased and my pain increased. I knew that Dr. Ross Bomben at the Performance Therapy Group was the only one of my doctors that accurately identified the problem and provided relief. A few months ago, the pain got worse again. It became painful to just walk or stand. I went to Dr. Bomben. He and his team quickly determined that it was a flavor of my old sciatic nerve issues. But, this time, the symptoms were a bit different and so was their treatment.

With massage, stretching and some easy exercises, almost immediately, my symptoms began to subside. I know that my other doctors would never have provided all three treatments/recommendations. I truly believe that it is the combination of massage, stretching and various exercises (to strengthen and balance muscles) that makes Performance Therapy Group the best choice to address muscle, joint and skeleton issues. There are two things I like most about them. First, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and second, they make me feel more hopeful about getting well.
