October 17 2024 : Austin Real Estate Weekly Market Update The Austin-Area MLS has seen a 16.7% rise in active listings year-over-year, increasing from 13,135 to 15,328 properties. This rise in inventory has pushed the Months of Inventory up by 15.5%, from 4.60 to 5.32 months.
