This. This was one hell of a ride. This wasn’t me bulking then trying to cut. Nah. This was a transformation inside and out. Super proud of they guy at the start of the video for having the courage to fight and not give up after years of not being able to “get back to the old me.” That fight and courage is what lead to something totally different than the old me. A new me. Healed from trauma mentally and emotionally. Ready to seek and destroy every single goal I set for myself. You there... the person reading this. It’s your turn. Let’s go.

Fitness convention highlights latest trends | Video | abc7.com IDEA World Fitness is the largest convention held for fitness professionals. This year the event was held at the L.A. Convention Center where over 5,000 came to sweat and shop.
