Thanks again to all who made last Friday so amazing. Loads of people tuned in and reached out and reminded me of things that I miss and love. This has been such a different process than normal but maybe that’s a part of why it was so special.

My new song "Blue" is about the desolation of depression and the lengths of despair that we sometimes drive ourselves to. There is no certainty in that desolate landscape. It's there that we forget about the sun on the horizon. It's also there that we lose a connection to ourselves and others.

This song is an ode to the challenges related to mental health. My hope is that if you are out there, perhaps on that figurative boat, you can remember that you're not alone 🖤
