Barley Swine is a notable, award-winning Austin original serving farm to table meals since 2010. It is one of two restaurants founded by nationally acclaimed chef, Bryce Gilmore. What began as a food truck has grown into two restaurants, Barley Swine and Odd Duck. Locally sourced ingredients provide inspiration for seasonal menus that are paired alongside craft beers, distinctive wines and a craft cocktail program.
