Hi, I am with Town Hall.

We publish a monthly welcome Town Hall Guide that is mailed weekly to all new residents as they move into our community.

Our Welcome Guide is going to feature only one exclusive business inside each category, and I am searching for a Chiropractor in your area to fill that spot.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.
Please reply to this message with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience.

For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to call or text me on my cell which is listed in my signature.

Goggle "Brainercises Brain Integration". These exercises help with language acquisition. Terri has been known to say that ADHD is a Schneweis curse. Also,I know that I have a speech disorder similar to the one that my dad had. It is not uncommon for kids with ADD to also have a speech problem. Also, I was put in a special reading class but I'm not sure if I needed to be in one; I think the nuns mistook my inability to pronounce words ( phonological processing deficit)
as an inability to read.
90% of what we know about the brain has been discovered in the last 10 years. Experts are now more able to distinguish the fine lines among learning disorders.
I've checked with the Morgan side of my family and no one has the speech disorder that I share with my dad. I suggest that anyone who is blood related to him and is having any difficulties in reading or language acquisition or stuttering/stammering or developmental dyslexia to consider looking into the Neuroscience of Learning disabilities. Also check out (google) "7 Brainercises" by Dr. Phyllis Books.

Finally, another one of my symptoms is an inability keep rhythm. For example, imagine you're in a crowd of people and they all start clapping to the music in a unified manner; I can't do it. I can't keep the timing. I am just now learning about "brain beat synchronization" and speech dysfluency.
Even if your kids and my grandkids do not have this genetic predisposition the Brainercises are fun and they encourage brain development and brain balance.

The spine is the communication center between the brain and the rest of the body.

In ancient Sanskrit the name for the spine is derived from sacred Mount Meru. Mt. Meru is considered as the axis of Earth. Likewise the spine is the axis of our body.

Through neural action potential, all our emotions, feelings, movements, experiences, functioning of our every organ and even the act of breathing are routed through spinal posture.

The spine can withstand around 4–4.5 k of load. If the spine is not neutral then postural and pain related conditions begin.

We can view the connection between the bite and the spine during development
Between ages 5-6 the spine is completed. The stability required for this growth is provided by core muscles and the relationship of upper and lower jaw, angle and in particular the childhood molars.

At the age of 6–7 years adult first molar teeth erupt to give stability to the cervical spine. First molars are the teeth with biggest surface area, and they can withstand maximum biting force.

Here's when the bite relationship forms with the young developed spine.

The optimal height and relationship ensures that cervical spine remains in most neutral position. In this position the head generates about 4.5–5 k of force on the spine.

During these development times, underdeveloped jaws can change the molar relationship and have an impact on spinal posture.

It has been found that if the lower molar is too far back (class II) or too far forward (class III) it results in forward head posture.

The reason is likely due to the relationship of the airway volume, and bone relationship. Jawbones house the airways, and the jaws hold the trinity between muscle, bone, and airway space.

If you notice forward head posture or mouth breathing in you or a family member, it may be associated with how the jaws have developed.

Signs include:
• Narrow upper arch (palate)
• Open mouth posture
• Low tongue posture
• Snoring
• Slumped forward posture

Have you noticed the links between bite and posture?

corona virus self help info

After Reading my post on 3-15-2020, about how to overcome the Virus infection and COVID 19 using Acupressure method that I described under NAET suggestion, several people have reported that they came down with virus infections, some with COVID 19 like symptoms. They all used this saliva treatment and have completely recovered from their COVID 19 like symptoms. This special Saliva treatment can also be used as a prophylaxis - a treatment to prevent from getting COVID 19 or other virus infections in people. Most healthy people, when they associate with an infected person they too can get COVID 19 symptoms. During an epidemic or pandemic, If people can treat daily for a sample of their early morning saliva, they may be able to prevent from getting the infection. Probably some of you readers can forward this information to your friends who are Nurses, doctors, hospital employees and other healthcare providers who are on the front line struggling to help the sick victims in the hospitals without proper preventive measures and work-tools (Masks, gowns, gloves, etc.). They should be at least able to save themselves and avoid getting the infection from contacting an infected person if they could take a few minutes from their daily schedule to treat their own saliva. SO PLEASE FORWARD TO YOUR FRIENDS WHO ARE IN VULNERABLE SITUATIONS.

NAET believes that your body has the innate ability to heal from cold, flu and viruses (any kind of virus including COVID 19) on its own if given the right environment and tools to the body. Getting adequate amount of rest, drinking proper amount of water and fluids, consuming frequent light small meals, maintaining a healthy emotional status are some of the tools needed for the body to jump start the healing.
In addition, you can collect a small sample of your early morning saliva in a small glass jar with a lid. Hold the jar in one hand and massage the immune system strengthening acupuncture points on the chart below. Massage one minute, clockwise on each acupuncture points in the given order. Begin the clockwise massage from point (1) follow through (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), then massage the point (1) once again. End the massage on point 1. That means, the Point (1) will get massaged twice. It will take about 7 minutes to complete the round. After completing one round of massage, Put away the glass jar for 20 minutes, about six feet away from your body. After 20 minutes, take the jar, hold it in your hand, repeat the procedure once again. Repeat this procedure once every 20 minutes until the symptoms subsides. After each round of massage, drink about four ounces of water. With each round of massage on these acupuncture points, body will produce some toxins. Drinking water will help eliminate the toxin as it is produced.
If your symptoms are from a regular cold, or flu or influenza, or from a regular coronavirus or the current novel coronavirus 19, when your acupuncture meridians get strong through your once every 20 minute massage, when the meridians clear the energy blockages from the virus infection, your body will get strong to throw out not only the toxin produced during the fight with the virus but the virus itself from your body with ease. That means your body will win over the virus. In a short period after that you will be symptom free. Rest for 36 to 48 hours and avoid contact with others during that time. Drink at least 8 glasses of water if you are an adult. Adjust the water for your age and weight. After 48 hours, if you have any opportunity to check your blood through the lab testing, test and see if you still have the virus. Your body should be free of virus by now. Please post your post treatment result here for all of us to see.
Some people may need one round of massage on these acupuncture points to relieve their symptoms, some others may need three to six rounds of repetitions and yet some others may need 10 to 20 or more repetition depending on your age, status of immune system, degree of exposure to the virus, and other underlying factors involved with the person. With each massage, your body will get stronger. Stop the massage when you stop having the symptoms: fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, etc. Continue to rest and avoid contact with other people for next 48 hours more until you feel very strong and energetic.
If you have any serious involvement with your heart and lung, please do not use this procedure. Please contact your healthcare professional for help right away.

Lawson Adventure Park

I love this socially responsible way of keeping sane during the social distancing time. Fun and recreation are downright necessary

At Lawson Adventure Park, we'd like to let guests know we are still open and are working to make everyone's experience here a great one.

Knowing that there are currently people in heavily populated areas that have less opportunity to venture into outdoor spaces, we'd like to offer 50% off a week-long camping stay in a cabin or yurt.

We are implementing "no contact" self-check-ins and increased sanitation measures at the park. We are also offering free snowshoe and disc golf rentals to guests staying onsite who want to participate in socially responsible activities outdoors at our park. For those who are interested call us at 855-372-7238 to book a stay.

(For Mary Oliver
On the Anniversary of her Death)

So simple
so clear,
so here.

Like a cat
the air
or the whip
of a dog
at a fly.

the end,
the way
we are never
to find
the beautiful
of hidden
and complete
in the poem
last line,

but which
the one
that stays
with you
day after day
when you do.

David Whyte
Poem for Mary Oliver

A homage to Mary Oliver on the anniversary of her death, to the Mary who has written above the sound of the wailing, ghost like voices asking her not to leave the house, who addressed the crowded hall of life saying she was a woman who loved a woman, who cast her affections and her words like heavenly dice, and said 'every number's a winner! Who lay on the ground through the night for us, speaking through leaves and soft pine needles in youthful ecstasy, who dared to love and to speak from love's foundational vulnerabilities: the Mary who has asked us to walk with her and converse with her and remember with her through the throes of all shared grief, who still writes, under our trees, by our marsh water, looking out from the porch in starlight, our virtuosa practitioner of both the beautiful and the lingering question and who no doubt, when we make the pilgrimage, in years to come, will walk quietly and without fuss out of her grave, and past us, head inclined toward the ground, while pressing a last firmly penciled line into our hand, saying: 'Don't mind me, but have you seen the way the pale light fades, as it quietly puts its shoes on and takes its leave?’

Christians Radically Unschooling

"I credit not being forced to read things other people decided were best for me with allowing me the space to find what I, personally, loved about books and reading. I wasn’t turned off of reading, or turned off of a certain genre or type of book, by being forced across a threshold that was not meant for me. Letting people come to things in their own time, when and if they want to, allows them to figure out what’s right for them, which parts of the literary world they wish to explore and which parts they want to steer clear of."
