There’s no better way to celebrate America than with the great American tradition of a long weekend, which we believe was mentioned in the Declaration of Independence. Don’t fact check us on that.

Enjoy your long weekend, and remember, just because you can light dozens of fireworks at once doesn’t mean you should. Have fun and stay safe!

We remember and honor the military members who lost their lives in service of our country.

Their sacrifice helps provide us with the freedoms that define life in America.

We encourage everyone to participate in a Memorial Day observance in their community and take time to think about those who didn’t come home.

That’s right, woodchuck-chuckers, it’s Groundhog Day! To paraphrase Bill Murray, how can you not be excited about a large squirrel predicting the weather.

December 1st - 7th is Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Week, which is a great time to learn more about these diseases.

Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (UC) are types of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that can cause pain and inflammation in the digestive tract. Crohn’s and UC can be managed with treatment, but there is no cure.

During this week, we encourage everyone to become more informed about Crohn’s and UC, as well as how you can support people with these diseases and the medical research that may one day cure their diseases.
