AI in real estate is moving past content hacks and chatbot experiments.

It’s starting to become operational.

In our newest Realty Hack episode, I sat down with Luis from Housewhisper to talk about where AI is becoming genuinely useful for agents and teams, especially around follow up, accountability, and reducing the administrative drag that costs agents deals.

One idea that stood out:

Bad automation creates noise.
Good AI creates clarity.

If a system spits out 50 tasks after every client conversation, that is not leverage. That is overwhelm.

But if AI can surface the one or two actions that actually matter, update your CRM, help manage follow up, and reinforce team standards, that starts becoming a real competitive advantage.

We also got into a bigger discussion around proptech, what AI may disrupt, and why many agents and brokers still underestimate how quickly this is moving.

If you’re thinking seriously about AI beyond the hype, I think you’ll get a lot out of this one.

How are you seeing AI become practical in real estate, not just experimental? I’d be curious what tools or use cases are standing out to you.

How Young Agents Are Beating Veteran Agents 04/10/2026

Most agents stall out early because they think they need more time, more connections, or a clearer plan before making a move.

This panel proves that’s not the case.

At the Realty Hack Summit, Reganne Queen, Leelynd Jackson, and Austin Anderman break down how they built momentum early by doing what most agents avoid.

They got in the room. Took action before they felt ready. And stayed consistent long enough to see results.
Different strategies, same pattern. Progress comes from movement, not overthinking.

If you’re early in your career or feel like you’ve been stuck in the same place, this is the kind of conversation that resets how you approach the business.

Watch the full panel and take one thing you can apply this week.

Real Estate Divorce Deals: Mistakes That Can Kill the Sale 04/03/2026

Divorce transactions are some of the most complicated deals a real estate agent will ever handle, and most agents are not prepared for what actually happens behind the scenes.

In this conversation with a seasoned divorce attorney, we break down how selling a house during a divorce really works, where agents get into trouble, and how to protect yourself while still getting the deal done.

You will learn how divorce decrees impact listing strategy, what documentation you actually need before going live, and how to handle situations where one spouse refuses to cooperate. We also get into communication strategies, legal pitfalls, and how to position yourself as the agent attorneys trust when these deals come up.

If you have ever dealt with a difficult transaction, multiply that by two. That is what divorce deals can feel like without the right structure in place.

There is also a real opportunity here. Agents who understand this niche and know how to navigate it can become the go-to referral for attorneys and pick up consistent business that most agents avoid.

If you want to stay out of trouble and start handling these deals the right way, this is worth your time.

How Real Estate Agents Get Leads from YouTube (Long Form Strategy That Converts) 03/19/2026

How do real estate agents actually generate leads from YouTube?

In this Realty Hack Summit panel, top Austin agents break down how they use long-form YouTube videos to attract clients, generate inbound calls, and convert viewers into signed contracts.

If you’re a real estate agent trying to figure out YouTube marketing, this session covers what actually works right now. From targeting the right audience to structuring videos that build trust, you’ll learn how to turn YouTube into a consistent lead generation channel.

This is not about going viral. It’s about creating the right content that brings in motivated buyers and sellers.

Topics covered include YouTube lead generation for real estate agents, long-form video strategy, how to convert YouTube views into real estate clients, calls to action that actually work, using QR codes and funnels to capture leads, repurposing YouTube videos into short-form content, and building a content system that compounds over time.

You’ll also hear real examples of agents closing deals directly from YouTube, including high-ticket transactions, and why consistency matters more than production quality when starting out.

If you’re serious about real estate marketing in 2026, YouTube is one of the most underutilized platforms for building authority and generating inbound business.

AI Won’t Replace Agents. Agents Using AI Will : The Future of Real Estate Tools 03/13/2026

Most real estate agents know AI is changing the game. Few know how to actually use it.

This panel from the Realty Hack Summit cuts through the noise. Industry operators break down exactly how AI is being deployed inside real estate companies right now — from marketing and content creation to compliance, transaction management, and workflow automation.

Moderated by Kelea Youngblood of Unlock MLS, the panel features Jay Tsao of Pivo Inc, Ryan Rodenbeck, CEO of Spyglass Realty, and Devin Dvorak, CEO of Jointly.

The conversation covers practical AI tools agents can start using this week, how to avoid the trap of chasing every shiny new tool, and where human expertise still beats automation. They also get into how search is shifting from traditional SEO to AI-driven discovery, why authentic video matters more than ever in an AI-saturated internet, and what agents should be preparing for over the next 12 to 18 months.

This is one of several full-length panels from the Realty Hack Summit, where top operators share what's actually working in real estate, AI, video marketing, and business systems.

I Built AI Tools for My Brokerage in 30 Days | Saving 10K in Expenses! 03/09/2026

Most agents are waiting for someone else to build the AI tools that will change their business.

The smarter move is building your own.

AI is getting good enough to turn repetitive work into systems. Lead intake, listing prep, inspection summaries, training libraries, CRM workflows. Things that used to take hours can now be structured and automated.

One of the biggest shifts is “vibe coding,” where AI helps generate the framework for software. That means you can start connecting tools like your CRM, MLS data, and internal resources without a traditional development team.

The gap that’s about to open in this industry isn’t between agents who use AI and those who don’t.

It’s between the people who build systems with it and the people who just experiment.

I shared a look at what we’re building inside our brokerage during this Realty Hack Summit session.

If you think TikTok is just for kids, you’re already behind.

At Realty Hack 2026, Roland Osage and Matt Petullo break down how they built six-figure followings from zero and turned short-form video into real estate business. No trends. No gimmicks. Just consistent home tours, personality-driven branding, and neighborhood expertise that builds trust at scale.

They share real analytics showing that the 25–44 age range dominates viewership, meaning first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and investors are already watching. When people binge your content before they ever reach out, you’re no longer being interviewed — you’re being chosen.

This is the blueprint for turning attention into authority and authority into clients in 2026. Subscribe for more sessions from Realty Hack.
