Here’s a short article worth reading about how improv contributes to

Your Team Members Need To Disagree More. Here’s How To Help Them 11/12/2019

Interesting article. The "Yes" part of "Yes, and..." has always been more about the validation of the idea offered and the individual who is offering. It's about finding agreement through mutual respect, collaboration and an open-mindset It requires us to be Present, Listen to Understand, Adapt to Change and ultimately say Yes to exploration and discovery.

Don’t recall where our paths have cross but I love Paul Boynton’s Begin with Yes! Such an inspiration! Read his posts daily. Please follow him! Here is one I enjoyed today...
It's not just O.K. to pay attention to your own needs; it's essential. An undernourished heart and soul has so much less to offer the rest of the world (including family, friends, co-workers and strangers, too) than hearts and souls that are filled. “Peace on Earth, good will towards men”. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season. For many it can be a time of stress and even bring on a sense of loss. We nonchalantly wish others “Happy Holidays” as we battle traffic, malls and the anxiety of family gatherings. More now than ever, we need to stop and enjoy the moment, be present with each other and above all, listen. We sometimes don’t hear everything people are trying to say. And when you finally realize what they were trying to say, you may have lost them forever. Listening can affect your career. Listening can even help mend a relationship. Ultimately it keeps you in the moment so that you don’t miss the things that matter. We can never underestimate the importance of listening. Wishing you peace and joy this holiday season. Enjoy being in the moment!
