Turns out life comes with a lot of job titles.
If only all these other ones paid! 😂
Rates in the 5s is big news — but let’s keep it in perspective.
No, we’re not back to the ultra-low “unicorn” rates of the COVID years. Those were extraordinary circumstances and not something the market typically sustains.
But compared to where we’ve been, this is a meaningful shift.
Lower rates improve affordability. More buyers qualify. Activity picks up.
And historically, when rates fall, competition follows.
If moving this year is even a maybe, this is a smart time to start planning before the spring rush.
