Lost creek new build progress, so many details in this one! We are in furniture selection phase now lots of cool stuff coming up!

We’ve been working on this beautiful custom new build in Barton Hills with for a little over two years and it’s almost done! I can’t wait to show you all the exciting things in this home. The wallpaper and furniture installation is coming up in a few weeks and there will be lots to reveal!

Quick shots from our recent furniture install at our Allandale project, we’ve worked on this project from the ground up, it’s rewarding to see the owners all moved in. This client wanted a modern home with fun pops of color and pattern, check out the yellow Mudroom/Laundry Room! We’ll be adding accessories soon then photographing this later this spring, can’t wait to share. Thank you to and for such a great project!

I hope you guys have having a great weekend so far! I thought I’d post our Living Room and Entry, the design has evolved pretty slowly over the years but last year we did a bigger remodel in various parts of the house. Part of what we did was update the stairs and extended the paneling into the Foyer from the Living Room. We also added this antique alabaster fixture and painted my office French doors a deep navy. I think I’ve posted this before but our front doors are antique and I found them for a major bargain on eBay! They can be a bit drafty on really cold days but they are usually fine and it’s pretty cool to have something old in here and reuse something historic.
