Do you consider yourself a perfectionist? Always going for the best and frustrated when things aren't just right? Well, that can be exhausting! I bet you already know that though. How about flipping your mindset and striving for this....progress, instead of perfect!?
Sometimes just getting it done even if it's not perfect is okay! Moving forward and continuing onward is sometimes relieving and let's you continue builder upon success!

What are you doing today? Are you preparing for your week? Help yourself by preparing today for your week!
First, think of Sundays as the first day of the week, instead of the last! Clean up your house, clean out your inbox, make yourself a list of things to accomplish for the week, create a meal plan for the week, and get the groceries!
Just think about much more relaxed you will feel all week work if you take time on Sunday to start your week off well?! Plus, you can prepare healthy meals and not feel rushed or give into fast unhealthy meals!
