Whatever issue you’re facing, letting go is the solution. Another word for this is “surrender”.

We tend to wrestle with situations, obsess about them, complain about them, worry, and everything under the sun except to let go. And the payoff for the struggle and rumination? Some new grey hairs and the same situation that won’t seem to budge.

There’s another way. We can drop the whole thing and watch magic happen. How? By letting it go.

To let go means to stop resisting and resenting the feelings you’re carrying about the situation, and stop clinging to needing a certain outcome to occur.

Your resistance to and suppression of emotions causes inner turmoil, health issues, and keeps the situation “locked” in place. Even if the situation resolves, situations just like it will keep popping up. Why? You will continue to draw things in that confirm this emotion/energy you’re carrying around. As within, so without.

It’s the truth. I started something called “mental dieting” a few years ago when it was very clear that the news was making BANK on stoking the flames of fear during the pandemic. I went two solid years without any input from external sources that profited from fear or negativity (news networks, pretty much all TV shows, most of YouTube). It gave me a massive amount of discernment in this sea of content we’re all swimming in. Most content is playing off of our fear and insecurity. Start being RUTHLESS about what you allow into your mind. Protect your mind as if it was the most important asset you have.

If you're a woman in your 30s, I wanted to offer you some tips on how to get the most out of your workouts. You can get into even BETTER shape in your 30's than in your 20's! We just have to make a few tweaks and adjustments.

Side note: don't let the hype fool you. Aging is an awesome experience. You couldn't pay me $1million to be in my twenties again 😝 I'm better today in every way than I was in my twenties.

My workouts are a little different now, and I DO need some more recovery time. But my connection with my body is much better, and I with that connection, I believe my entire system is healthier.

Knowing my WHY is like a magic key for me. There are two voices…

Voice #1 wants to stay safe and never try… if you don’t have a why that comes from the DEPTHS of your soul, this voice will always win.

Voice # 2 Wants to experience the edges of what’s possible. It says “what if I actually pull this off?” and “what if I actually deserve to feel really damn good about my life?”

Set aside a chunk of time and listen to voice 2…the one that has your back. Write everything it says down. Then listen to your heart, and find your why.

Having that “why” makes all the b.s. excuses and stories of voice #1 sound SO silly.The WHY puts it in its place

After twenty years in the health and fitness industry, I've finally come to the conclusion that enough is enough. I need to be as honest as possible.

There are BILLIONS of dollars spent in research every year to find out what the best diet is. There are countless debates about keto, carnivore, veganism and so on.

Do you want to know the truth? It's insanity. All of it.

It's not insane because food doesn't matter (it does). It's insane because weight loss and health isn't about dieting. It's about connection with your Self.

History has shown us that every other avenue DOES NOT WORK.
-Debating diets doesn't work.
-Dieting does not work.
-Willpower does not work.
-Diet fads don't work.
-Spending billions of research does not work
-Leaving it up to the government does not work

There's clearly something we AREN'T seeing...and I believe that something is Connection with Self. It is the key to finally being free of dieting, and finally obtaining a healthy weight with a sense of ease and peace.
